Webs: http://webs.missouri.edu Webs is an international activity tracking system I developed for the School of Information Science & Learning Technologies at the University of Missouri. Screenshots: I3: I3 (I-Cubed) was an enteupnure social network I developed for the Extension Office at the University of Missouri as a part of a NSF grant. Sadly I3 is no longer accessible online. Screenshots: Prism: http://columbiaprism.missouri.org/ Prism is a gay-straight alliance for youth between 13 and 19 years of age. I did a complete XHTML and CSS rewrite of the site keep some design elements from a previous developer. My work also involved setting up and integrating a Google calendar into the site to manage and display past and upcoming events. Screenshots: LSC Project: I created the LSC Project for a Plant Science graduate student at the University of Missouri. The application is web based and downloads and process microarray data sets from the Gene Expression Omnibus website. The data is process using various custom R scripts and stored in a MySQL database. Screenshots: |
